Mike is the Co-Founder and CEO of Analyst Hub, a compliance driven research platform that he founded to help high quality sell side research talent own their own enterprise. Mike has 16+ years of Institutional Equity Sales experience, most recently as a Managing Director at Sanford C. Bernstein. Mike started his career in the Global Training Program at Deutsche Banc Alex.Brown and also spent 10 years at Raymond James & Associates. Mike earned a Bachelor of Science with a double major in Finance and Accounting from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio.

Mitch Avnet is the Chief Compliance Officer for Analyst Hub. Avnet is responsible for overseeing the execution of all client driven / business focused compliance and ethics risk management strategic engagements. Mitch has 24 years of financial services experience working in compliance for Wachovia Capital Markets, PNC Bank and D E Shaw. Avnet maintains the Series 4, 7, 9, 10, 24, 55, and 63 securities license designations. He obtained his bachelor’s degree in economics, graduating magna cum laude from the State University of New York at Oneonta.
Doug has 7+ years of experience in financial services including 5 years in institutional equity sales. He joins us from BMO Capital Markets and prior to that worked at Sanford C. Bernstein. Doug earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Economics from the University of Massachusetts, maintains the series 7 and 63 designations, and is also a CFA Charterholder.
Marc X. LoPresti, Esq. is the Founder of LoPresti Law Group, P.C., Co-Founder of BattleFin Group, LLC and a recognized authority on alternative investments appearing regularly on CNBC and other news outlets. During his 19+ years of practice as a securities attorney, Marc has structured and launched numerous alternative asset management ventures. Marc also oversees the firm’s family office consulting practice, which provides alternative allocations advice to both American and foreign ultra-high net worth families with respect to their allocations to alternatives. Marc graduated from New York Law School in 1997.
Bharath comes from over 10 years of technical and sales experience in a variety of industries including Financial, Manufacturing, Consumer, High Tech and more. He is versed in various programming languages as well as business strategy and leadership methods. Currently Bharath is a strategy consultant at New Relic and previously was a technical sales consultant at Oracle. Bharath earned of Bachelor of Science and an MBA with a concentration in Finance and Entrepreneurship from The Georgia Institute of Technology.
Caroline has 6+ years of sell-side experience inclusive of roles in Institutional Equity Sales and Corporate Access, most recently as Vice President at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in New York. Caroline holds a BBA in Marketing from Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University in Dallas, TX.

Brenan is Co-Founder and COO of Analyst Hub. He has 17 years of buy-side operational experience, most recently as Managing Director and Partner at Cerberus Capital Management as well as Dune Capital Management and GoldenTree Asset Management. He holds an MBA from Columbia University and BA from the University of Central Oklahoma.
